When on a bulking cycle how often do you hit each bodypart??? I would like to hit every bodypart on the 5th day, but I train each bodypart separately so if I want at least one rest day I will need to do at least one am/pm split (arms/legs). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I swear by the once a week rule and generally do 4-6 reps on everything. I made outstanding gains when I was natural training like that and now it works even better using gear. Take that one day to kill that bodypart and let it grow for the rest of the week. You will always come back stronger if you train like an animal using this system! ulter - I check out cyberpump quite often. But most of those guys train HIT style. I've tried HIT and it doesn't work for me. AT least the infrequent part. Mike Menzter and those guys sometimes train a bodypart like once every two weeks with very few sets (one set to failure). Though some HITters do train more frequently. I just feel like when on AS I recover more quickly and can hit it every 5th day. But maybe I am overtraining... All you guys seem to agree once/wk is optimal. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

your absolutely right. AS can make you recover faster.if you want try hitting it every fifth day but if you don't feel fresh everytime your overdoing it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
