Eh Bro's

I'm ready to start a bulk cycle and would like to hear some good diet ideas for this baby to real show results. Last cycle I got shit gains! A little strength and thickness. My situation at the time was real stressful and when stressed I shed wait like a freak. Better than any diet pill. I plan on a minimum of 300grams of protien. Carbs seem to be the problem. I definitely didn't get enough last time. I was thinking 2 cans of tuna a day, 2 500ml tubs of cottage cheese, A steak and some chicken. That would be a mainstay on this diet. Wanna keep this low cost and oh yah, I work nights. Appreciate the help boys.

Eggs,egg whites,ground beef,milk,turkey
Pasta,baked potatoes,sust,oatmeal,brown rice
Broccoli,corn,carrots,dbol,apples
Don't forget a lot of water and Clomid at the end!

get your hands on some inj B-12 for appetite..it works wonders. I wish I had some!!! Also..this was a little trick for me. I use Myoplex when I have to use an MRP and i really try not to ....I try to get 90% of my calories from food but to increase your protein, myoplex came out with those small premade shakes that do not need refrigeration. I get 4 for about 6$ and throw them down throughout the day..non-filling and add 100gms of protein if you eat all 4

get that chicken that comes canned like tuna only in bigger cans. 75gs of protein. (5 servings of 15gs each)

I definitely plan on hitting the B-12. Here in Canada from what I hear you can walk into the drugstore and buy it. Good time to get my pins too. Thanks Jay287

Where do you get the big cans of chicken Showtime2000? I can hop over the border for them at Sams club if need be. I don't remember seeing them here in Canada.

BTW what do you guys add to tuna so it doesnt taste like shit?

I use two methods for downing the Tuna.

1. A large drink and hammer it back fast.

2. Mix it with light salad dressing globbed on whole wheat bread.
