I used one of A's kits and didn't crush the pellets. I added the solution in the time allowed and let it sit overnight. My question is should there still be pellets partially undissolved? Or is that the glue binders left over? I want to sterlize now and am wondering if I need to stir the leftover pellets to help them further dissolve? If I did this would I need to pre-filter with the coffee filter? I hate to filter twice and lose some fina. Any responses greatly appreciated! Go Big-     | ||

When you heat the solution, the the remaining pellets will dissolve and all the glue and binders will be pulled down to the bottom of the vial. | ||

Just use a glass rod and stir. And since you have left it overnight then I believe you need to prefilter. | ||

Thanks Vdevil, I added the sterile oil(within the 1 hour time limit) so if I understand the directions right, I shouldn't have too pre-filter. Right? Go Big- | ||

So if you add the oil then you should be allright. No need to prefilter. If you still have undisolved pellets then heat up a pan of water. No too hot but just hot to put your hand in. Turn off the stove and hold the bottle in the water. give it a few swirls. Swirls not shakes. The water will cool down preety fast then you can just sit the bottle in the pan and let the water cool down to room temp.
