Chocolate slim fast shakes taste good and have lotsa carbs, also I saw this in some mag but mixing protein shake mix and P.B. 50/50, then rolling it into bite-size balls, then freezing it... this makes a great snack so you can eat more frequently during the day, something hard for busy people to do. ![]() Most important has got to be fish, it is the only meat I never tire of and lean. madbomber, mix 1lb honey, 1 lb PB, 6 cups protein, use an ice cream scooper and throw them in zip-loc bags, freeze them overnite. you end up with about 24g protein, 12g carbs, 4g fat, use chunky PB and it almost tastes like a snickers... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
