Oats w/protein powder, PB sandwiches, rice, potatoes, smoothies (fruit, milk, pro-powder,)and for protein I'll eat canned salmon. I'm not too into chicken and beef or anything else you have to cook the shit out of to keep from chancing getting deathly ill or worse.

Chocolate slim fast shakes taste good and have lotsa carbs, also I saw this in some mag but mixing protein shake mix and P.B. 50/50, then rolling it into bite-size balls, then freezing it... this makes a great snack so you can eat more frequently during the day, something hard for busy people to do.

Most important has got to be fish, it is the only meat I never tire of and lean.

No matter what I eat it has gotta have lots of pepper or curry or hot sauce, that stuff is the shit!

madbomber, mix 1lb honey, 1 lb PB, 6 cups protein, use an ice cream scooper and throw them in zip-loc bags, freeze them overnite. you end up with about 24g protein, 12g carbs, 4g fat, use chunky PB and it almost tastes like a snickers...
