what do u guys think it burns the most fat? my cardio routine is walking , 0 incline for 5 min (warm up) run for 15 min at 7mph and i do 15 min of cross-trainer. this is post work out.. i wish i had the time to do it on an empty stomach in the am.. but i dont..so what do u guys think?
