I'm just comming off a winny/prop/halo cycle (12 weeks long) and I'm currently taking a month off. I just bought 25 amps of sust (6250mg) for my next cycle (in two weeks).

Now, I've read most archieved posts about how to cycle sust, but most of these posts are geared (pun intended!) toward the first time user (which I'm really not!). However I never used sust before. The only test I've used in the past is cyp and prop. So basically I have no idea which would be the best way to go. I'll be using winny for the whole cycle, but that I know how to cycle

I have several ideas:

1)
Week 1: 1000mg
Week 2: 500mg
Week 3: 500mg
Week 4: off
Week 5: 1000mg
Week 6: 500mg
Week 7: 500mg
Week 8: off
Week 9: 1000mg
Week 10: 750mg
Week 11: 500mg

2)
Week 1: 1000mg
Week 2: 1000mg
Week 3: 1000mg
Week 4: off
Week 5: off
Week 6: 1250mg
week 7: 1000mg
Week 8: 1000mg

3)
Week 1: 1000mg
Week 2: 500mg
Week 3: 500mg
Week 4: 500mg
Week 5: 500mg
Week 6: 500mg
Week 7: 500mg
Week 8: 500mg
Week 9: 500mg
Week 10: 500mg
Week 11: 500mg
Week 12: 250mg

4)
Week 1: 1250mg
Week 2: 500mg
Week 3: 1250mg
Week 4: 250mg
Week 5: 1250mg
Week 6: 250mg
Week 7: 1250mg
Week 8: 250mg

Well that's the 4 possible cycles I've came up with, any other ideas orcomments about these?

If I had to choose I would go with #3, otherwise, this is
how i would go:-

Wk1 750mg
Wk2 1000mg
Wk3 1000mg
Wk4 750mg
Wk5 750mg
Wk6 750mg
Wk7 750mg
Wk8 500mg.

I like to get the test levels up quick, then maintain with a
smaller dose, taking weeks off in the middle of the cycle
is a no no in my book. Similarly dose's above 1000mg are
just not needed at amateur level, what size and height
are you just now?? The stack I have given would be for
someone my size (260lbs) obvously if you are 160lbs, you
aint going to be needing such a big dose.

Yeah it's a bit high but I'd also go with 3. Maybee shorten it a little.

go with number three and shorten it by 2 weeks. use the extra test you now have to increase dosages early in cycle-tomo

no need to taper
go for 12 weeks jump with something like d-ball sus takes about 4-5 weeks to kick.
