for months...I have been taking either Meso_tech or Myoplex deluxe. Since I stopped and switched to simply regular myoplex without all the crap that the deluxe has in it, I have become more vascular and lost a small amout of midsection bodyfat. I attribute this to the fact that I have a shake right after training with a shot of insulin and possibly did not need all the crap EAS was putting in the Deluxe just so Bill Phillips could become even richer. Anyone have any ideas about this theory. P,S, I find that its much easier to just add a powdered L-Glutamine to my shake as oppposed to slamming a meso Tech that tastes horrible and leaves me feeling like a bloated mess. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If you read the boxes, they are the same, except for the small amounts of additives that are of questionable value anyway. But for some reason, the deluxe tastes better and is thicker and more filling, so I generally suck in for the deluxe. Meso is a good product, but is thin, so it holds a lot of air - bloating. Try using less liquid, and let it sit awhile before drinking. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

First of all, Myoplex is Too Thick (Excuse The Pun). Second of all its Too expensive. Third of all, after using it for a while, I found that food is cheaper and better (Although it took me a while to figure out). So I dont even bother with it now.In fact, BIOCHEM has some serious protein (That taste like something) called Tri-Protein. So I guess its all in what you have time for. But at 60-80 bucks a box, Myoplex is not on my list. Just my .02 ------------------ ZEUS.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I always got bloated on Myoplex. Had much better luck with other MRPs. Don't even mess with them anymore though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I don't either. Basically all you are getting in any MRP is a little cheap whey protein, some sugar, and some vitamins. The other stuff is more garbage than the basics. I don't even think the vitamins are worth anything because they are put into forms that aren't easily digested by the human intestine. It is so much better to get yourself a good form of protein, mix a tablespoon or two of flax, maybe a scoop of peanut butter or a bananna, and vola! You have a very nutrious MRP that you know will be beneficial to your goals! Another great thing about that shake above is that Bill Philips doesn't get one fuggin dime off of it (unless you buy his crappy protein)!! LOL!! I hate that idiot... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Check out proteinfactory.com I usually don't pimp companies, but make your own MRP. It won't be thick, but it will be quality and can save you dough. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
