I just started my bridge cycle with 10ius of slin with 10grams of creatine and 20grams of glutamine. This is my 5 day. I been off for 2 1/2 weeks of a EQ/winny cycle and havent lost anything yet. I changed my training to lower weight, higher reps with lower total sets per body part. I'm doing this to lower the chance of going into a catabolic state.

My main question is will I make gains on this, or will I maintain?

Does anyone have experience with an insulin bridge?

Any help would be great.

Will be using slin to bridge soon. In theory it shouuld allow you to maintain pretty well.

I use it right now but not for a bridge..just part of a very heavy cycle. It definately has made a difference in the way my body looks but you must be careful. I take Humulin-R right after training with a carbo force. approximately 10-20iu which contrary to popular belief is not much. It is .1-.2 on a 1cc insulin syringe. Keep in mind that 1cc is 100iu's so 10iu's is only 1/10 of a cc. Good Luck and be careful. Also, insulin stores fat on even people of the highest metabolism so make sure you take in very little fats during the fist 2-3hrs after sub-q inj while it is still active

I think your bridge plan could work to some extent. Just watch your body comp. for fat gain. I would probably throw in some eq to keep more hardness. I have a hell of a time keeping away from fats for 4hrs. Thats usually when my wife serves dinner with all the fixins.

Yes, I'm staying away from fats for 4 hours. I did a lot of research and found that insulin will burn and metabolize fat. Yes it will store fat if taken within active time, but otherwise it will burn it.

Anybody heard that??

According to Mosters primer I'm only taking 5 grams of carbs per iu and havent had any problems.

I just recently used insulin as a bridge for about 7 weeks. I gained about 7lb of solid muscle. I did 20iu on workout days and 7-10iu on non-workout days. The biggest benefit was the strength increase I experienced. I also stayed very full and hard. I was not flat at all. You will definitely GAIN when using slin as a bridge as long as you use it right. In my opinion Insulin is just about the best drug out there.

Peace

I used slin- humilin R -for 4 weeks. 10 IU's on non-workout days and worked up to 15 Iu's on workout days. Your muscle bellies fill up nicely, get good pumps in the gym. I made some decent gains on slin- bout 8-10 lbs. I did gain a little fat- i can still see my 6 pack pretty well, but the fat did come. I Didnt totally steer clear of fats in the 4 hr period the humilin was active in my body- hence the fat gain. Some days i just said the hell with it and ate whatever i wanted- so i think that if you steer clear of fats then you will be okay. good luck. oh yeah and you get great retainable strength from using slin- poundages shot up especially on military press.

So coming off and bridging, can I keep training the same way? Should I lower the intesity of my workouts to reduce the risk of going catabolic? Can I still workout to achieve new gains?

I want to train hard, but scared to lose new muscle to catabolism.

One more question... Can I add a t3 to keep off some fat? Will that effect my gains?

T3 definately works very well but it drains you in the gym...it did for me anyhow. It will most certainly keep off the fat and then some but it lowered my lifts and left me feeling fatigued....I wouldn't do it again until showtime or vaction.
