Do you think it's even in the top 10? I know I can think of 10 drugs worse than AS: Crack I'm suprised they even waste very much time on steroids when they can't even stop the shipments of these drugs. And Barry McAffery is worried about Andro. What a dipshit...trying to win a worthless battle to a pointless war.

it says its a schedule 3 drug, but that was in 1991. I was told they moved it down to a schedule 5 which is the lowest and then i heard they moved it to a class A misdermeanor for PERSONAL amounts. but their idea of a personal amount is like i 10cc vial. dont' take this as the truth, just what i have heard.

We had a guest speaker last week in my substance abuce class who is a cop. She said what they focus on the most depends on two main factors. Violence and crime associated with the drug and how many cases show up in the emergency room because of its use. Where I live meth is focused on the most which is followed surprisingly by ghb. I guess the last two years it's been the night club drug of choice and a shitload of people are mixing it with alcohol and winding up in the er. She talked for an hour and never mentioned gear. Kind of nice to know. ------------------

I would think that busting someone for AS is just as important as for heroin to the DEA/State/Locals, IF THEY KNOW YOUR DOING IT. There is no way that ANY law enforcment agency is gonna say "well there isnt much crime associated with gear, so lets give the dude a break". There isn't any crime associated with gear use, but that DOES NOT MATTER. Now, if you ask "Is it as high on the priority list as H, Blow, X, Meth, Weed"? The answer is no. As for the dude who said that he heard that AS have been taken off C3 status, well, I only wish that were true bro. You are right when you said C5. That is the ONLY category out of the 5, that gear comes even close to qualifying for.

Any government who focuses their energy on victimless crimes such as drug usage or trafficking is a sham.

A buddy of mine got busted for weed by the local city cops and they left his test after laughing and saying I did that shit in highschool. I wish we were all that lucky! GUNSG

I've been working in state prisons for 6 years and Fed pens for three. Not one inmate have I known during that time has mentioned being locked up for gear. Thats not to say there were none in the prisons I've worked, just have not ran across any inmates that mentioned it. Most of the ones I've dealt with are there for crack, meth, and conspiracy.
