ya thats about what Ive been shooting for the last couple months about 11/2g -2g of protein per pound but its hard. Most of the time I seem to end up more between 225g-250g of protein. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It's great to see someone doing a sane first cycle. The guys coming on this board now are like "I want to gain 40 lbs. Should I do a gram of sus, 400mg deca and 50mg of dbol?" If you eat right, sleep right, and train right you should be able to pull off 15-20 lbs of LBM this cycle depending on your genetics. Keep the insano cycles for further down the road. Oil based testosterone will take a minimum of 3 weeks to see results..sucks right? wrong! It will still be in your system for 3 weeks after your last shot. Eat as much as you can but get at least 1.75gms per lb of bodyweight of protein from GOOD sources. I can only stress good sources enough. If all of your protein is coming from Pizza Hut Mc Donalds and Hot Dogs..you'll look and feel like shit. if you are only 175lbs, by all means eat everything in sight including those fast food places I have already mentioned but make sure you have already consumed your efficient muscle building proteins from Whey protein isolates, Lean Red meat (london broil) chicken, fish and eggs. you are what you eat and will eventually look like it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Good to see someone with a bit of sense, for there first stack, You should notice a slight strength increase by the end of wk3, I am on sus (1250wk)just now and have gained 7lbs in 14days. drink shit loads of plain water and get 300g's of protein from any source, I get about a 100 of my daily 400 from shakes like prolab. Yo, im doing a sust. only cycle too. I just started my 4th week last monday, and i have been getting some unbelievable pumps and more aggressive in the gym, my strenght has finally started to bump up also. I've put on about 10 lbs. so far, im also taking 15-20 grams of creatine a day along with a lot of protein shakes and eating like a pig. Well, goodluck bro and have fun. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
