I have read that using digestive aids can help absorb more protien per meal than normaly would be. If so what kinds are being used? At the same time, I have read that even the biggest lifters do not need more than 108 grams per day. This is in line with what i learned in college, but doesnt seem it should apply when using gear because of the greater growth rate potential. The reason i am asking is i just want to maximize every opportunity to grow with the second half of my cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am not sure if digestive aids help absorb the protien better or faster. But it sure does make a big difference in the gas department..... It must digestive the food faster before it goes into the small intestines and forms gas. I use ach--spelling made by Schiff. Try some Aminogen. It is an enzyme that helps you absorb more of the aminos from the protein you eat. Found it pretty cheap at netrition.com. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
