WELL BROS I WENT THROUGH WITH MY GYNO SURGERY AND IT HAS BEEN ONE WEEK SINCE THE SURGERY. I LUCKED OUT AND THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE FAT WITH LIPOSUCTION. TO HELP CLEAR UP SOME OF THE MYTHS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SURGERY ILL GIVE YOU ALL THE INFO ABOUT MY SURGERY. I HAD THREE INCISIONS, ONE BETWEEN MY PECS AND ONE ON EACH SIDE OF MY PEC NEAR THE ARM PIT. THESE INCISIONS ARE USED FOR THE ACTUAL LIPO AND ARE NOT SEWN CLOSED WHEN LIPO IS COMPLETED. THE AREA WHERE THE FAT HAS BEEN REMOVED WAS FILLED WITH SALINE AND OVER A PERIOD OF 48 HOURS, THE SALINE DRAINED OUT OF THE INCISION SITES. YES ITS QUITE A NASTY CONCEPT BUT FUCK IT SO IS HAVING GYNO RIGHT. I WAS PUT INTO A COMPRESSION VEST PACKED WITH GAUSE AND FOAM PADDING TO KEEP A LOT OF PRESSURE ON THE SITES. THE VEST IS NOTHING MORE THAN SPANDEX LIKE MATERIAL THAT HELPS THE SKIN FORM TO THE CHEST INSTEAD OF JUST HANGING THERE. I HAVE TO WEAR THIS VEST FOR THREE WEEKS, HOWEVER THE FOAM PADDING CAN COME OUT TOMORROW ONCE I GO TO MY POST OPERATIVE CHECK UP. I DIDNT EXPERIENCE MUCH PAIN AT ALL NOR DID I HAVE MUCH SWELLING. I WAS AMAZED WHEN I TOOK THE VEST OFF FOR THE FIRST TIME HOW I HAD NO FAT LEFT ON MY CHEST. MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER THIS SURGERY, NOR WILL THE MAJORITY OF INSURANCE COMPANIES. THIS IS COSMETIC SURGERY AND INSURANCE DOESNT COVER ANY FORM OF COSMETIC SURGERY UNLESS THE SURGERY IS FOR SOMETHING LIFE THREATENING. WHICH GYNO OBVIOUSLY ISNT. MY SURGERY WAS DONE AT MERCY SURGERY CENTER IN PHILADELPHIA AND THE NAME OF MY SURGEON WILL BE GIVEN TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED...EMAIL ME FOR IT. HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU GET A BETTER IDEA ABOUT THE SURGERY...ZEUS13 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Zeus, Could you post some examples of cycles you have done so others can see or possibly learn from others? Did you have more than normal fat in the chest area before any cycles? I am asking this because this is my worst fear. I am planning on starting a cycle soon but would like to get as much info as possible. Thanks and get well soon. AWB ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

My experience with gyno surgery was much different. I had to have it on my right pec only a few years back. There was only 1 incision straight across the nipple. when it was removed there wasnt anything put in its place. i.e. saline. It was sore for a few weeks but I still played ball. My surgery was covered by my insurance. Good luck on recovery bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

hey bro... i had (i think) a similar method.. i had 3 incisions and my doc used lipo as well.. the thing that i didnt get was the vest and i think i didnt get the salane(sp?) All 3 of my incisions were stiched up... I was thinking i should of got the vest but i didnt... i went in 2 weeks after and my doc removed the stiches... i asked him if he was going to drain it because the skin look flabby but he said it wasnt needed and you only drain if it's going to be bleeding and lipo doest cause cause bleeding???? GO FIGURE.... he said it would take 6 months for my skin to full adjust to the body shape??? Right now you cant notice it through a shirt but when my shirts off there the nips all flabby! He made my strach my arms over my head... and when i did that it looked normal... so at least the hardness isnt there anymore... also i'm thinking that if i develop my chest... then the muscle will tighten up the skin.... well i'm just waiting to see what happens.... i'll keep you guys posted.... BTW, congrats ZEUS... let me know in a couple of weeks if your completly satisfied and if you doc says/said anything like mine did!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

My insurance did not cover mine. Damn mine cost 5000 but i had a plastic surgon do mine. My scar is right across the nipple but hardly noticable. I believe there is some scar tissue around the cite because when i get hot in a tub there is a discolor around the area no biggi though hope this helps some. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

zeus.. do you realize that U.S. isn't the only country in the world? some countries do have better policies in medical treatment. like in finland. i've told this a million times, but i have this insurance that pays all the treatment, medicine and operations and costs about $35 per year. so in some countries, insurance DOES COVER the gyno-operation.. but no flaming. peace, man! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

HEY BROS THANKS FOR THE INPUT AND YOUR .02. TO HELP ANSWER SOME OF YOUR QUESTIONS: STEPHEN: I HAD THREE SMALL INCICIONS ONE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PECS AND ONE ON EACH SIDE. THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT 1/2 AN INCH LONG. THEY ARE ALREADY DRYING UP AND I DONT THINK THEY WIL LEAVE ANY SCAR. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO KNOW I HAD IT DONE ARE PEOPLE WHO KNEW I HAD GYNO BEFORE AND NOW ITS GONE. AWB: YES I WAS OVERWEIGHT MOST OF MY CHILD HOOD AND HAD GYNO BEFORE I EVEN STARTED LIFTING. I HAD LOST ABOUT 40 POUNDS IN THE LAST TWO YEARS FROM DIETING, BUT STILL HAD THE GYNECOMASTIA. WHEN I FIRST STARTED EXPERIMENTING WITH AS, I FIRST DID A DECA/PRIMO CYCLE AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT NOLVADEX WAS. I THINK THIS MADE THE GYNO THAT I HAD EVEN WORSE. NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN DOING A YEAR OF RESEARCH AND STUDYING I KNOW THAT NO MATTER WHAT GEAR I USE IN THE FUTURE, I WILL BE TAKING NOLVADEX. I AM VERY PRONE TO IT AND NOW THAT I HAVE HAD THE SURGERY I AM GOING TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID IT FROM COMING BACK... AKY MY BRO: WITH ALL OF THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF LIPO OUT THERE IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT WE HAD DIFFERENT TYPES OF LIPO. I DID HEAR SOME OF THE SAME THINGS ABOUT THE WAITING 6 MONTHS TO SEE THE FINAL RESULT. WITH THEM FILLING THE AREA OF LIPO WITH SALINE AND ME WEARING THIS COMPRESSION VEST, IT IS PREVENTING THAT FLABBY NIPPLE THAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT. IM SURE THAT OVER A MONTH OR TWO WE WILL BOTH GET THE SAME RESULTS WHICH IS NO MORE GYNO AND A TIGHTER CHEST. WE BOTH HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR SKIN TO ADJUST TO NOT HAVING ANY MORE FAT UNDER THE SKIN. ILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON ANY MORE INFO AND FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME IF ANY PROBS ARRISE. BIG BAZOOKA: YES I DO REALIZE THAT THERE ARE OTHER COUNTRIES AND OTHER INSURANCE POLICIES OUT THERE. I AM ONLY DISCUSSING MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THE AREA WHERE I LIVE WHICH IS THE EAST COAST OF THE USA. I DO APPRECIATE YOUR .02 AND ANY OF YOU BROS WHO NEED THIS SURGERY SHOULD DEFINITELY ASK YOUR INSURANCE ABOUT IT BEFORE SPENDING THOUSANDS. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL MY BROS OUT THERE. FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME IF ANY QUESTIONS ARISE. ILL EMAIL THE BROS THE INFO ABOUT MY SURGEON THAT ASKED FOR IT....ZEUS13 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

HEHE GOODY I HEAR YA. DONT DO ANYTHING CRAZY THO, BE PATIENT AND SAVE THE MONEY. SEE IF ANY OF THE SURGEONS IN YOUR AREA FINANCE THE OPERATION. BELIEVE IT OR NOT IVE HEARD OF SOME SURGEONS ALLOWING YOU TO MAKE PAYMETS INSTEAD OF ONE LUMP SUM...ZEUS13 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Zeus, Glad thing are working out. Just to clear up the insurance issue. I have good insurance and they covered the gyno surgery but only because my doctor lied and documented it as a mastectomy to get it through the insurance committee. There are insurance companies that will remove gyno but not with the procedure that you recieved. You had lipo which is cosmetic through and through like you stated. Without the lipo you end up with a little fatty look still with no lumps as they were removed. Mine needs to have some of the fat removed in order to look perfect but I'llsettle since it was free and get the other done later when I can better afford it. Just wanted to clarify this as i think people were in essence talking about two similar but distinctly different procedures. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

JUST TO ADD ONE MORE NOTE. ITS NOW WEDNESDAY AND I WENT TO MY SURGEON LAST NIGHT. I AM COMING ALONG VERY WELL AND MY INCISION SITES ARE CLOSING UP VERY QUICK. I HAVE SOME LUMPS AND HARD SPOTS UNDER THE SKIN WHICH HE TOLD ME IS SCAR TISSUE THAT OVER THE NEXT MONTH OR TWO WILL GO AWAY. HE TOLD ME TO RUB COCOA BUTTER ON THE AREAS AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO HELP THE SCAR TISSUE HEAL QUICKER. SOUNDED KIND OF SILLY TO ME BUT ILL TRY IT. OTHER THAN THAT NO NEW NEWS...ZEUS13 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
