I HAVE READ THE KNEE JOINT/BONES ETC.. DO NOT GROW AFTER PUBERTY AND IF YOU GET HEAVY YOU WILL HAVE PAIN... I HAVE PAIN!!! ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM? ANYONE ELSE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? CHAT BOARDERS ARE NOT HELPING ME OUT AT ALL WITH THIS. ------------------ | ||

that is a broad assumption Bro. I can tell you extra weight will stress joints more but you need to be mor specific to your pain. Are you haveing pain in both knees? Email me and I'll help. | ||

It is certainly a cause for joint pain and stress, however in your case if the pain has been more acute than chronic then it is another problem, not the weight. | ||

JUST STARTED LAST WEEK IN MY RIGHT KNEE, THEN THE LEFT ONE STARTED UP A DAY LATER. I HIT LEGS PRETTY DAMN GOOD THE DAY THE RIGHT KNEE STARTED (STARTED BEFORE TRAINING), I AM AT A LOSS... ITS AN ACHE, AND IT COULD BE ARTHRITIS BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A KNEE INJURY, HOWEVER THE PAIN IS SIMILAR TO MY ANKLES ARTHRITIS PAIN... ------------------ | ||

I have the same problems that you do, madbomber... I gained quite a bit of weight off my last cycle and my knee's, shoulders, and my lower back have been fucking killing me. I am thinking of staying on deca for the rest of my life.lol. |
