Who cares!! Bodybuilding has GOT to be the biggest JOKE of a sport that I've ever seen. Stand up in front of a bunch of morons & show em your muscles. I've done shows myself, but only for the pussy. The guys that I have met at the shows are mostly assholes who mock people when they see them eating at Wendy's & stupid shit like that. These fuckers who's whole life is bodybuilding & can't even have a beer or a nice piece of Kielabsa for fucks sake! Yeah, what I life! The sport requires ABSOLUTELY no skill at all & sucess in the pros depends SOLELY on genetics & the amount of drugs you can afford. I've been lifting for a long time now & am pretty serious about how I look, but I find the whole "wooo look at my big muscles" goofy ass bodybuilding thing a real joke. Sorry for the vent. Just my .02 | ||

Holy Shit Roidog!! I totally respect your opinion and this is NOT a flame.....but "Bodybuilding requires absolutely no skill"!!!!! That is a laughable assumption from someone I think truly hasn't gone through the years of constant research and deductive planning of workouts and diet-all SKILLED requirements to continually improve ones body...especially if one lacks "Pro" genetics....you paint a picture of a blundering musclehead that mindlessly goes through some movements and mindlessly eats some chicken breasts and drinks some protein....unfortunately there may be some like that out there....However, the true sport of effective and successful bodybuilding requires the utmost knowledge of form, nutrition, perhaps drug usage, as well as psychosocial balance with other aspects of life....No flame intended...just my .02 cents..... | ||

I kind of see where roid dog is coming from. I have to agree I have seen a lot of friends and bodybuilder competitors make every possible sacrifice in their lives and the end result was total failure in their own eyes. The sport is very unfair to those with anything less than near perfect genetics. I aim to offend no one, but I have yet to see any happiness come from the competition of bodybuilding at the higher levels. | ||
