I've been on the test cyp for around 5 weeks. Im not really gaining a whole lot. Is it possible im losing bodyfat at the same time? People tell me my muscles look like they get bigger every week but the scales aren't moving up anymore.. Could it be im losing bodyfat at the same time maybe so its causing the scales to stay the same? Im eating a shitload of food/protein so I don't understand..

I had the same prob on my last cycle and posted a similar question. People kept telling me I am getting bigger but the scales werent moving. Go with what you know. It is possible bodyfat is also being reduced. Dont count on the scales too much and up protein. Have you had no results whatsoever? Or have the gains just5 stopped coming.

No I've had results.. i posted something earlier on how much I had gained but its down a little bit now.. A total of about 6-7lbs. But I am holding basically no water. Or its not visible anyway. I know my gear is legit, i've got several friends who use it, and they hold alot of water on it.. for some reason i don't hold much water on anything. My muscles look bigger but the scales don't show much. The gains have just about stopped though.

I agree with Spunky.

Yes that is exactly what's happening you are putting on muscle and losing fat at the same time. Forget the scale for now use a mirror.

Ok well if you are eating well you should be gaining weight. If you are eating everything in site and still putting on no weight then you have a small problem. Im sure you know if you wanna grow then eat more than you burn. You should be putting on something even if it is a bit of fat. 5 wks on cyp and only 5-7lbs of muscle. What amount are you on if you dont mind me asking. Perhaps a few days off training to give your body a rest and then continue. 2 or 3 days is sufficient. It is possible you are over training. Sorry I couldnt help more bro. Happened to me in wk 5-6 of my last cycle. Pissed me off but everyone said I was getting big and I was lifting more so who gives.

I've upped my dosage to 800mg/week. Ok.. i posted a small error in my original post. I've been weighing myself on 2 diff scales. When im at home I use these cheap ass scales that only show me gaining 6-7lbs. When I use the doctor's scales at the gym, it shows me weighing 230lbs which would be a gain of 10-11lbs. At the doctor's office on their scales I weigh the same thing as I do on the gym's scales. So, maybe I have gained but these cheap ass scales at my house are way the hell off. So im not sure. Im not eating everything in sight, but I still eat alot. I don't go to Mcdonalds and get fries or anything, cuz im not looking to get big and fat. By the way.. I took all of last week off from lifting because I had a bad sinus infection. Maybe this could be why my gains slowed...? Here is basically what my diet looks like..

I get a total of 1,000 calories/day from only shakes. A grand total of about 5,000 calories/day. Alot of beef, chili, chicken, pork, cheese, milk, wheat bread. I also throw in some simple sugars throughout the day, but not alot. I'll eat 3-4 cookies every now and then but most of the time I try to lay low on the sweets. Alot of beans, peanut butter, stuff like that..... Around 300g of protein/day. 400-500g carbs, mostly complex.

i've added about 1/2" on arms, haven't measured chest or legs yet. My neck and shoulders have blown up though.
