IM JUST BEGINNING WEEK 4 SUS-500mg A WEEK DECA-400mg A WEEK DIVIDED BY 2 DOSES INJECTED TWICE A WEEK. AND PAPER DBOL 6 TABS A DAY FOR 6 WEEKS. MY STRENGTH IS UP A GOOD AMOUNT, BUT IM ONLY UP 10lbs. I WENT FROM 223, TO 233 IN THE FIRST WEEK. NOW 2 WEEKS LATER, I HAVENT GAINED ANY MORE WEIGHT. I REALIZE THE FIRST 10lbs WAS WATER. IS THIS TYPICAL, IM NOT EXPECTING TO GAIN 35-40LBS, BUT I WAS AIMING AT 25. ITS MY FIRST CYCLE. | ||

MY MAX BENCH WENT FROM 275 FOR 1 REP, TO 305 FOR 1, IN ONLY 3 WEEKS. MY MAX SET OF 10 WENT FROM 225 FOR 10, TO 255 FOR 9. I THINK THAT IS MOSTLY DUE TO THE PAPER DBOL. I DEFINATLY THINK THEY WORK. | ||

Those are acceptable gains for that kind of dose's, dont know what paper dbols are but they sound crap, go for the pink thais next time. I think you will see some more gains by week 6, are you eating plenty protein, drinking plenty water and taking your dbol, every 3/4 hours?? Keep at it Bro. ------------------ | ||

I TAKE THE DBOL EVERY 3 HOURS OR SO DURING THE DAY, BUT NOT AT NIGHT. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT. I WOULD THINK BEING ABLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEEP BEING MORE IMPORTANT. | ||

#1-if you've read the threads by E2 and several others, the paper dbol is LEGIT! #2-congrats on the gains...your strength is way up, so more muscle will have to start poppin' out--I'm the exact opposite, I put on like 30 pounds on my cycle but didn't get that much stronger at all...I really think it has to do with how you train... #3-get off the computer and go eat...!!! ------------------ |
