Bro's,

As some of you already know I tore a pec about 2 weeks ago. First I was scheduled for surgery but after the MRI, they found that it wasn't the tendon only the muscle. Since I've been able to train: Legs, Arms, (NO DIPS, back (light), and shoulders with light presses on machines and shruggs. A few days ago I decided to finish the rest of my dbol stash. I am taking 35 mgs/day for 4 weeks while I recover and hope to hit my bulking cycle first week in january. . .I am not working any chest, but I am going to rehab and should be ready in time to bulk. . .Finally, the question is. . .do you think the dbol is a bad idea, I think the h20 retention should help my healing. Any comments.

I agree the water retention should help but also by using the dbol your body will be in a more anabolic state and this will also aid you in your pec repairing. Just my opinion

bump for ur d-bol.. hope u get well soon man.. i just took my 300mg deca along with 1cc os sust yesterday. i'll see if its gonna help my shoulder. i am gonna do it for 8 weeks, with light exercise.

Andre, that mix should make it feel better, but if its a real problem go to the ortho and get an MRI, Stretch before you lift, and not for 5 minutes. . .I stretch for an hour now.

Bro, do you still have considerable swelling over the injury site? I rehab athletes and would be glad to help you out some.
