I start week 6 tommorrow and Ive gained 27 lbs. Im on d-bol 40 mgs for 6, omna 750 mgs for 8 and eq 300 mgs from wk 2 thru 10. My weight gains have plained out. Every cycle Ive ever done my weight gains have ceased around the 5th week. Are there any tricks some of you pros might know to pick up some more weight.. Im wanted to gain about 7 more lbs to reach my goal..Thanks,,Bam Bam ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

BB - I know exactly what you're talking about! The same thing happens to me, and I don't think the problem is with diet either. I've tried upping the calories, but the additional weight is just fat - the lean muscle mass growth always plateaus. Sorry, I don't have any useful advice, but misery loves company, right? I'll bump for you in the hope that some pro will have the answer. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Maybe you stopped growing because you already gained 27lbs! For a guy that's not on his first cycle and already probably weighs 300lbs pure muscle 27lbs is a lot of weight. I mean seriously how much do you expect to gain 100lbs. There has to be a limit somewhere; if there wasn't there would be guys walking around weighing over 1000lbs. I'd be happy with the gain I were you, but that's just my opinion. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

In the beggining you were eating to gain more muscle, now you have it. Have you upped your protein and calories. Remember you are 27lbs heavier. PS dont be so greedy, spare some muscle for the other brothers. 27lbs would do me nicely. Just starting my bulking, hope I can gain that much. ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try ![]() ![]() ![]()

Guys, what's with the flames? this is a legitimate question. The issue isn't how much he's already gained, but why gains should stop after only the fifth week. I wonder if the receptors aren't already saturated, in which case you might get better results switching drugs or upping dosages? I don't know, this is only a guess. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

When you stop the dbol your gonna lose water so that will make your gains thin out. Ummm, maybe your not eating enough. Just keep shoving down more and more food, and you have to gain. Nick ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

well if you up the calories, it is going to be fat. That is my experience. I have noticed that when people mostly do compounds that cause them to hold water (test, dbol, abombs) after a certain point, you don't gain weight, I believe that is because there is a limit to the amount of water your muscles can increase in a given time frame. 27 lbs in 6 weeks is a big jump. I may be wrong, but I would say stop the dbol and drop some water weight (which you will eventually) and add a high dose of primo or winny for the anabolic properties. Remember the game is to build muscle, not just store a load of water. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
