Hey everyone...I was just wondering what one has to do to keep alot of the gains coming off a deca/sust/dbol cycle. I know clomid is one thing to take, how about Eca? Please get back to me...Also i put on some fat obviously during this cycle, would it be alright to do cardio now?

Not intentionaly trying to sound like an ass here but how in the hell is eca going to help you keep gains? Where did you get that notion? Burning extra calories by speeding up the metabolism is not the best way to go about keeping muscle gains. You need those calories to support the muscle mass. That being said...eat. Eat to support the new muscle mass. Don't rush into cutting the fat off right away because you will also loose your new found muscle. Give your body time to adjust to its new form and function by feeding it and using it. Give it a reason to have this muscle by training hard. Maintain that muscle by giving it the nourishment it requires. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Beezers (edited November 26, 2000).]

i agree i seen people lose most their gains right after a cycle cuz they go crazy with the cardio... What i'm doing right now is just walks in the a.m. or 15min. walk after a workout, i'm trying to hold on to some beef for the next few weeks..

one more thing i was going to add was don't change your diet too drasticly too soon. You might lose more muscle. A question i have is would lets say 200mg of Primo for 2-3 weeks post cycle help keep gains? i was thinking of taking d-bol and primo post to help hold on to gains... any thoughts on this specifically?

taking primo and dbol "post cycle" just means that youre NOT ost cycle", your still "ON"! Post cycle is when you are done with the cycle, not bridging with something weaker... Dont up the cardio, dont lower calories, and dont lift real intense. You want to make sure you arent doing anything to force your body to become catabolic right now. Its going to be trying to anyway, so dont do anything to help it along... ------------------

bro i read the gainskeeper formula... i have the utmost respect for the guy who wrote it cuz he's not blowing hot air like some other guys. But it's a little outta my ballpark, i think i'll just stick to the clomid and i have a couple of ideas from that post as well....
