Are you under the weather regularly, even though you work out to stay healthy? You may be exercising too often. Researchers found that study participants who exercised strenuously 4 to 5 times per week had significantly depressed immune systems compared to people who worked out hard 3 times per week. Over-exercising seems to wear down the immune system, rather than enhance it. Of course, not exercising at all can also leave you frequently ill. The key to a strong immune system is to find the right balance of exercise and rest.

is it not true that you recover faster when on AS, so you can still work out 4-5 days a week vs. 3-4 days. ------------------

I read a article by lee priest and he said that overtraining myth is bullshit, he said you have to beat your muscles to submition everytime, so when I train I train so fuckin hard the muscle about dies, pain, like I will hit 60 reps in one set, of a light to moderate heavy weight, Im sorry a superset or triset.

It is not the intensity of the exercise that causes the overtraining, and thus lack of gains, it is the amount/duration (2 hours + in the gym) and repetiveness that is brought onto the body that doesn't allow it recover and grow. And yes you can train more frequently while on AS, that is widely known, but still need to rest, just not as much as when off. For anyone who has been training for a while (5 years or more) I would say you can judge when you are going to hard or to much and know to cut back some or rest more or both. I know I have learned to listen to my body and since have made better progress.
