hey guys, when i am on the treadmill, i feel my shoulder (and down toward my elbow) get numb and tingle.. have u guys ever experienced that?

Is it always in the same arm? Which one? I sometimes get some tingles, but I think in my case its the way I carry one arm/shoulder & maybe having slept on it or overused it driving/typing. I'll bump for you in case somebody else has any experince with it.
