I've always had a layer of fat on my chest. It is the last thing to go when cutting and the first thing to come back when bulking.

My question is how do I know if I am getting gyno when I'm bulking and have a layer of fat on my chest? Right now the fat(or gyno) feels slightly harder on the lower post of my chest. Its not centered directly under the nipple just in the lower part of the chest. It does not hurt and does not itch. Anyone know if this is gyno? How can I know for sure?

Thanks

it could be fat quite possibly, because i have the same thing and its not gyno. I know what gyno is like.. when i am bulking my nips get a little puffy anyway because of my carb intake.

I hate to bump again, but I'm worried that I may be developing gyno.

to KNOW when you have gyno for sure is when you have a hard lump in the center of the nipple and hurts when you push on it. i had it when i hit puberty but it went away after a half of a year or so.... hope this helps

I have to agree, I have gyno, it is a centralized puffines around your nipples, with or w/o a hard lump directly under your nipple...you may just genetically have more fat deposited on your lower pec. Take anti-estrogens if you are continually worried about it.

Thanks bros:

I don't think its gyno after reading your comments. I'm just paranoid about gyno. I've always held fat on my chest so I do not want gyno making my chest look fatter than it already is.

The area I'm worried about is not centered directly under the nipple. It is spread throughout the lower chest. I was concerned because the fat feels harder and more fibrous than normal fat. I am on Arimidex at 1/4mg every other day, so I understand it is pretty much impossible for me to develop gyno. Hopefully its just muscle building up and pushing the layer of fat out.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Ive got gyno, and I think the fatty deposits on the chest are a side affect. But it seems to be localize toward the nipple area. Im going to the surgeon tomorrow to figure out when I go under the knife. Its all covered under insurance too.

Bro, As long as you don't feel the symptoms you will be fine. (itchy nips, tenderness, increased sensitivity)
