Which do you guys prefer for cutting? I haven't tried clen yet, but I hear that over-the-counter ECA stacks like hydroxycut work just as well. What do you think?

results will vary from individual to individual...for pure fat burning I think they are pretty similar and if I had to pick a winner I would probably go with e/c/a....clen seems to be a little better in regards to anti-catabolic benefits though....I've done clen once and stopped because of headaches...I'm gonna give it another try after this cycle though....bottom line try them both bro ..be your own judge

Both have pros and cons. Clen is anti-catabolic which means that it helps preserve lean mass by slowing the breakdown of muscle fibers. E/C/A will not. Clen will cause shakiness while e/c/a may not. It will raise your b.p. and body temp, hence the metabolic increase. Your call bro. Any other opinions?

2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ECA, rinse, and repeat...that's the concensus that I've found for cycling clen and it's what I plan to do for my next show prep (with T3 and primo for taste)...hope it helps!

clen=bad, ECA=good.
just my .2


i didnt like clen it had very little if any fat burning effect with all kind of sides.

eca on the other hand, does have all the fat burning it's legal and very little if any sides.
p.s.
i feels that it's (clen) sposed anti catabolic effect is total B\S and is based on misunderstanding.
