results will vary from individual to individual...for pure fat burning I think they are pretty similar and if I had to pick a winner I would probably go with e/c/a....clen seems to be a little better in regards to anti-catabolic benefits though....I've done clen once and stopped because of headaches...I'm gonna give it another try after this cycle though....bottom line try them both bro ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Both have pros and cons. Clen is anti-catabolic which means that it helps preserve lean mass by slowing the breakdown of muscle fibers. E/C/A will not. Clen will cause shakiness while e/c/a may not.
