If shooting in the quads the best pins are 23 1". Divide your quad into trhee parts from your bikini line to your knee. Shoot in the upper outer part of the quad. Don't move the needle around alot go straing in and pull right out. They shouldn't even bleed if you do it right. I love shooting in the quads. As for the calvs I would ask some one else who has done it before..

Hey man, you have the wrong idea. You can't make a certain muscle grow more by injecting AS in them. Haha, if that were the case we would have some big ass butts running around

Man....I dont even do squats....and my ass id big.. before i did my first cycle, i had no ass.....after that cycle of it becomeing a pin cushion, my ass is big.. Not a bad big, but big. I also have trouble finding pants that fits because when it fits in the ass, its small in th waste...But i woulding say it was because of the way you lift...If your on AS you seem to have or grow a big ass.....

"if you have to talk about how bad you are, then obviously your not big enough, SO SHUT UP AND LIFT, and let your body speak for itself"

the reason that your legs do not respond as well to your training may be the way that your are training them. Remember, you can be walking all day before your legs get tired. Your have to really fatigue them before they grow like you want them to. it is a sickening experience but we all have to go through with it.

Bro,
What does your workout for your legs look like? Do you train your hamstrings? Does your daily routine at work involve a lot of walking or manual labor? Spot injection is not the answer. Proper training is the only way to make those legs grow.

Let you arms hang down to your side relaxed. Where you middle finger ends up is a place to inject. 23 guage needles are fine, I'm currently using 22 guage 1.5 inch. Just remember to aspirate. Also just so you know almost everytime I insert the needle my quads twitch alot. Freaked me out at first, but now I'm used to it...

Later.

How often do you work your legs a week? A tip that helped me w/ quads was to stretch between every set. Drop sets on the leg press.
