...during every waking hour or all through the night. I'm taking 35 for 3 weeks and 30 for 2. If i take them throughout the day it would be every 4 hours starting at 9 am and taking 2 at 9 am every day. 9am 1pm 5pm 9pm 1am 5am 9am + another at 9am for day 2 ******* 35 mgs. If I take them every waking hour My levels would drop significantly at night during the 12 hour rest. Would I be way better off waking up at night to take them or should I go about it a different way? ------------------ | ||

If you want to maintain hormone levels from dbol with the drug, then take it every 4 hours on the dot, even waking up quickly at night to do it. Peace, ------------------ | ||

I took them every 4 hours even at night. Didn't really cut into my sleep much. I was back asleep in 5 minutes.. | ||

If you set an alarm 4 hours into your sleep cycle you can wake up, down it with a glass of water and you will be asleep again in 5 minutes. However, if you are sleeping for 12 hours you are going to have to wake up twice. Waking up at 8 hours into your sleep cycle may mean that you have difficulty getting back to sleep. I normally sleep 8 or 9 hours then rest again in the afternoon on a Dbol cycle but you will have to experiment to find what works for you and what fits your lifestyle. Personally I think there is a huge advantage in taking Dbol every four hours to maintain constant (or as near as can be) levels in the blood�.but then I am a perfectionist. ;-) I�ve experimented on a Dbol only cycle to get to this conclusion. (All in the name of science!) At the high end of a cycle I take a larger dose before and after working out. I still question whether doing this actually makes a difference but I feel it gives me that bit extra �Oomph� in the gym and it maybe helps get everything in line for fast recovery and optimum growth. �Dbol - It�s the breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner, supper AND midnight snack of champions!� LOL! I just don't think it is worth interupting your sleep to take a 5mg dbol tab. You have to remember that if you break out of certain stages of REM sleep (stages 3 & 4, or deep sleep), then you will probably not re-enter those stages for the rest of the night, even though you may fall directly back to sleep. When we are in the deepest part of our sleep, it only lasts for a very short amount of time. If you interupt this stage of sleep to take on little dbol tab, you may be doing more harm than good. Just my .02. | ||

Big4rt....growth can ONLY occur during sleep. So my vote is with sleeping, rather than maintaining the level of dbol through the night. | ||

I have to agree with Ghost. Good solid sleep is more important. In my uses of d-bol I have had great results using only during waking hours. Forget waking up, and distrubing your sleep pattern... | ||

If I wake up in the night, which I almost always do, I'll take one. If not, then I had a great sleep and don't worry about it. So just keep some by your bed with some water and if you wake up, reach over and take a dose. |
