Just a general survey question. Do you guys change your diet and workout routine for the couple weeks before you start your cycle? I've heard of guys going really low fat/high protein and a higher rep/lower weight workout for like 3 weeks before the cycle begins. Don't know if there is any reason or result from this. Want some ideas since I'm starting my bulking on Dec 13th, the day finals are done. ![]() kain ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i don't.. i wouldn't think u would need to. unless u are going to start a cutting cycle to prepare for a show and you want to really pig out before u do that. I don't see a need to change a workout for a cycle... of course u need to change it up just to keep it fresh, but not just for a cycle.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've wondered the same thing. Are there some things you could do to prime your body for the coming cycle??? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I do exactly what you said. Here is why I do it. The high reps heal all my sore spots. The reps get the blood flowing well. The diet helps shed unwanted fat. Both of these together get me ready. Then when I start I gradually go up in food and weights. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
