ok i think most of you know my condition.im about to get cytomel and clen by this week end but the thing is im on a very low carb diet(45g). and i was told by someone that low carbs and t3 dont mix, but then someone else says i dont have to worry about it cause im so overweight. would i eat up muscle just useing t3/clen? if you dont remember im 17 6' tall and about 420-425 pounds. at 52-53% bodyfat. i take sythroid already but i wanted to try t3, would all this be ok? please help me out. ohh this is how the cycle would look: wk:...t3...clen...adipo clen 2 days on 2 days off. thanks, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You might want to run this by your doctor. I would be worried about your bp. I remember your other post. If you take t3 without AS then you will lose muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, I'd run the clen (AND I THINK I AGREE THAT YOU SHOULD DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR DOCTOR...) for 2 straight weeks, then 2 off...instead of 2 days on, 2 days off...just my 2 cents, that's pretty much the concensus of what I've read/heard and what I'll be doing...HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING, stay focused...you're already on the right track, now all you have to do is follow it! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't like it, you cardiovacular system is probably not up to par, no flame bro, but if half your body is fat, it can't be. I have to agree with decaman here. If you are that far overweight, chances are you are in very poor cardiovascular health. And taking clen when you are in very poor cardiovascular health can be very dangerous. The T3 will be fine. But, have you tried a keto diet yet?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, I have a mate (NO NOT ME) who was in the same predicament as you. 46% BF i think. He was 18. Keto Diet with a small cheat on weekends. ie chocolate bar etc during carb loading. We started Weights, 12-15 Rep, 3 sets, 6 sets per body part. 90 Seconds rest between sets, 3 day split. M, W, F. After 3 weeks, we started cardio after weigths, just 20 mins and heartrate at only 120-140. After 3 more weeks, we hit cardio in the morning AFTER the weight workouts. T, Th, Sat. 30 mins with HR around 130-150bpm. He ws down to 40% at this time. He then used T3 cycling from 25mcg for 4 days and every four days going up 25mcg more untill 100mcg and cycling back down as usual. Cardio was same, diet was same. 10 weeks later, looked like a new person, is now doing t3 at 12.5 mcg a day. I would say by the 20 week mark, he was down to 20-25% BF, a huge improvment. I should check up on how he is going now. Personally i think T3 is only bad for muscle catabolism WHEN you have a LBM which is high for your body to keep without the calories. I dont think your body will catabolise muscle that it NEEDS to run. Get lean, then get huge! (muscular sense) Good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
