i know from any cycle that you do... you wont keep all of your gains... i also read a post saying that if you gains 40+lbs... then your body will not accept all of that extra weight and reject it... what would you do for that not too happen???

also, if that's true, then should a person do mild cycles rather than excessive amounts? (unless you have been juicing for while and dont respond to low dossages)

The reson i'm asking is because in my next cycle people have told me that i'll gain 40+lbs and you'll lose say 10lbs... but i read this thread that you body will reject that about of weight increase in a short amount of time.... so what i'm thinking... is wouldnt it be better to gradually increase you body weight by doing 'x' number of cycles in 'x' amount of time??????

Over the last three years and three cycles I have added 25 solid pounds. I am now venturing into my first test cycle next year.

Deca/Primo/Winny/Anavar and 2 weeks of dbol. That is what I use. I think this way - Gain it slowly lose it slowly.

Aky, I'm a rookie gearhead per say but here's how I look at it: Genetically everybody has a certain body type and that will eventually no matter what dictate how much muscle you can keep. Myself, I am a mesomorph at 5'9" and 200lbs right now. I've been able to keep in the 185-200 range for a few years now gear-free. I started my cycle at 188lbs and got to 205lbs on 8 weeks of sust. Since I've been able to maintain that kind of bodyweight before, I figure I can keep most of it except the water, etc. I believe that for ectomorphs who have trouble maintaining weight to begin with, after a cycle they will probably lose most of it. I would think that a endomorph or mesomorph would have a better chance of keeping weight gains.

Just my educated-guess opinion.

I would say thre are few substances out there that will enable you to keep all your gains. Winny and Primo. However that said, overtime you are gonna lose all steroid gains if you stop using them. The reason most people claim you or they wont hold on to 40lbs of gained muscle is firstly some of the gain is going to be water (anywhere between 10-20lbs, especially with abombs) and when you lose that you lose some wait. Secondly your body has not had enough time to adjust to its new structure and tries returning to normal. This is why some people prefer longer cycles, so as to give more time for their body to adjust to the new size. Aslo when you come off a cycle estrogen levels are gonna be high and test levels will be minimal if anything. You want to use clomid and nolvadex at this particular time as well as creatine and glutamine. Alternatively refer to the gains keepers formula.

Just my opinion bro,

Take it easy

I agree with you. This is my philosophy also. If I gain 30lbs and lose half of it right away, then why gain 30 lbs. Why not save the juice and receptors, and use either a smaller dose or a lighter drug? I realize taht I am gonna get flamed from people for this, but I also weigh nearly 300lbs too. I am a big guy, and did so this way.

I've found that adding insulin between cycles makes keeping the weight gains much easier. Have you had any luck with insulin usage?
