I have 6 more weeks for bulking. Then i will be dieting for spring shows. Here is a list of my gear and my thoughts. 200 dbol 8 amps sust 1000 mg deca My plan dbol cycle up and down first 4 weeks sust. 1 amp every 5 days deca 150 mg every 5 days with the sust I'm currently at 190# i have held that weight for 4 weeks since my cycle last ended. I hope to hit 200# I'm 5'7" i compete as a middle weight. hope to compete at 175# this year. I have winny and t/3 for later. Should i add any now? Any help or suggestion would be great. | ||

That does seem low! I know guys would would need more Deca than that for 2 weeks. Hmmmm... Jay | ||

Has anyone ever heard of doing short safe cycles? A years worth of muscle need not be built by 1 single mass cycle. | ||

I think everyones heard of short cycles but if you are gonna do a 6 wk or less cycle use something faster acting than sust. You are gonna find out just as it starts taking effect you are gonna be stopping it. ------------------ | ||

You ask for a six week cycle with what you have...I would use a little more gear but that is my .02 week****SUST****DECA****DBOL 1*******750*****200******40 2*******500*****200******30 3*******500*****200******20 4*******250*****200******** 5***************200******** I think if you use any more dbol you are going to crash hard at the end of the cycle , but this will help get it jumpstarted. Thanks Livinbig i like your suggestion. My point to short cycles is to get in the cycle and get out. Train hard eat plenty and get what growth I can. Then 4 or 5 weeks off. Keep training hard keep most gains. Thanks for all replys |
