Okay well, I want a cycle that puts On Alot of Strength, As well as alot of Mass, I want to gain atleast 15+ lbs...I want a good cycle, What would be a good combination to do this? I want to up my bench about 200lbs+ and these are my stats right now 5'9 I'm not worried about adding to my bf, I just want to bulk the hell up, This is gonna be my first cycle, And I want to take total advantage of it...Also I'd like to keep 95% of the gains...well let me know thanx ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey Huge, I'm not trying to flame you bro, so don't take this personally. AAS work like this the more you take the bigger you get, the bigger you are the more AAS you will need to maintian the mass beyond your natural genitic maximum. (there are also other factors at work here. Diet Trainning and sleep probably just as important and even more important after you get off the cycle) So I'm assuming you are not lying about your stats at 5'9 212 12% you should be really stacked. A good friend of mine just finished a primo/winny cycle where he gained 15 lbs of lean muscle in 10 weeks. It wasnt anything drastic but very gradual. now for that 200 pound increase in the bench? jesus in one cycle? I dont think so. Duchaine might have told you to go with 2000 mg of Test per week and 10 scoops of ultimate orange before every chest workout LOL No flame, but be realistic and set a logical goal. Steroids arent magic..and every human being as a rate limiting step in protein synthesis..Steroids are only nice catalysts in the speeding up of this process but not magical. now 100 lbs in the bench for increase might be attainable with the right diet, training routines, and enough rest..and yeah, the right gear... But you have to realize this...the faster and quicker you build up mass with gear, the more likely you'll lose some of it..Compounds like winny, primo, and anavar that produce gradual results yield better results in terms of keeping gains...it wont be as much in say lbs. of gains, but you'll keep most of it..but NEVER 95% LOL If that was possible, I would say most of the veterans on this board who have done numerous cycles could get to 300 lbs in no time NO flame bro peace Kak ------------------ "I'll always be number one to myself"....Moses Malone ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My first cycle was 500 mg of SUS/ 8 weeks and d-bol 30 mg /day 4weeks. And my stats were close to yours I went from 210 at 10 % to 238 at 14%

maybe the bench 200+ was being able to bench 200+ lbs after the cycle, and if that is the case you haven't reached your natural potential yet so I would work on that. make sure your diet/rest/workouts are in order, AS is no subsitute for these things. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, My first stack was :- 10 pink anabol / day decreasing 2 a day until down to zero a day, Test propionate (virormone) 26 shots over 6 weeks, going up gradually peaking for a week then gradually coming down over 3 weeks, on my last week of the anabol and virormone, I kicked in with 2 shots a week of primo for 3 weeks, I gained 1 stone, kept the strength gains which were small, and gradually lost most of the weight after about 8 weeks. If you are wanting 200lbs or more on your benchpress, u need to forget about AS. Go to http://www.muscletech.com you'll easily gain 200 or more pounds on bench. just ready musclemag... it tells u all u need to know brother.. good luck! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
