Solid white albacore is the shit bro's. It tastes better than regular tuna. And jumbo egg-salad sandwiches. I know this sounds like a Musclemag ad, but I've been using Nitrotech for 2 months now and it kicks ass. The chocolate or vanilla flavor is good. Plus, the stuff is so fine-powdered it mixes easy and goes down easy with water. | ||

i will also have to say nitro tech. i work at GNC so i get it for dirt cheap. it tastes good and goes down really easy. optimum is next best followed by isopure and cytopro. and phosghagen hp is my favorite CREATINE product. i hope that's what you ment, cuz it's not a protein. | ||

well since no one actually answered your question I will... Get a mix of these 3 Thats a really balanced protein mix that with some carbs and fat and you got a great MRP or just mix those in equal parts for a great protein supplement that is cheap. It is very complete but if you want it even more complete use egg protein also... Oh yeah dont forget to add aminogen. | ||

The Protein Factory is, hands down, the best place anyone anywhere can get their protein. It's cheaper and more pure than any protein on the planet. Yeah it's a pain because it comes in heat sealed plastic bags and you have to find ways to store it yourself, but so fucking what? I wouldn't even think of using anything else.

I use Sci-fit brand protein. Comes in 20lb buckets for $120 or so. Doesn't taste that bad either. I may just try protein factory soon though... | ||

I like Beverly International Vanilla & Chocolate. Add in 1 tbsp heavy cream and it taste like a milkshake. It only has 5 grams of carbs. I've never heard of protein factory. Do you buy it online? I'll try it once. | ||

Just use different amounts of water or milk. I like to mix one scoop of 100%whey and 3/4 scoop of Perfect RX in a 12 oz bottle. Add 1/2 warm water. Shake good. Then add milk. It adds a taste or realness to it. Although I sometimes use straight water. Doesn't taste as good. But hell it works just the same. If I want to add taste to my protien I'll add some Oveltine.... .. | ||

Ive only bought optimun nutrition and prolab choclate whey. Ive tried several others and they werent nearly as good as these. I would stick with chocolate. I think that vanillia and strawberry are quite gross tasting | ||

Otptimum Nutrition~Pro Complex...it is the number one protein in my book. It has a blend of Whey, Soy, Egg, etc., so you are getting every type of protein in one scoop. One scoop has like 50g of protein in it also. It is what I use to pack on the weigth. I favor Optimum Nutrition...eventhough my stores carry everything. I hope I answered your question.
