Looking for some opinions. I'm 35 5,8 #184, and about 8% b.f. I have just gotten back into the gym after about 4 years off. I have never used gear but have been researching the subject for about a year now. I know I can get back into my old shape`(was 210 before) but was thinking I could use a little jump start. Would you suggest a cycle or do you think I should just pound the iron hard for another 6 months or so and see where I am at then? Any input would be appreciated.

If you have been off for 4 years you are going to grow at first anyway. I would wait the 6 months. ------------------ "Obsession is passion. Use it. Make it your strength." -by Puc

Pound the iron first to see of your joints and tendons don't get too sore and to get them ready for the quick size/strength gains. This is a problem I had with my first cycle. I'd say pound the weights hard for a month or two and jump on a cycle. Good luck, Green

I think you should train hard first then consider the gear. I know four years is a very long time to be off but you will still make good and fast gains without juice until your back in the swing of things. After you feel your back to where you were then you should consider a cycle. Good luck. ------------------

that's the best advise you'll get....I would say train for at least a year though....but it's never too early to reseach your cycle....that you can continue to do. |
