i have minimal gyno now and it seems to increase after the cycle is completed....why would proviron or noveldex be a good thing to take on completion to the cycle instead of during? Has anyone taken flax seed oil and has had good results on dissolving gyno? Surgery pros and cons of removign the excess tissue or the whole gland,my thoughts are if the whole gland is removed they will not reoccur vs just the excess tissue they will occur or have a good chance ........thanks for your input     | ||

take the nolvadex now. It will prevent any further gyno. The proviron may help with previous gyno...not sure...arimidex might. I have puffy nips and some lumps...not too bad, but I have inquired about surgery. The benefits of getting the gland out are that you probably will never get gyno again, but you will have noticable indentations on your nipples. good luck | ||

tunnabay Had the gyno and gland removed a year ago. Indents were left only for 3 months then your chest starts too fill out the space. |
