Had a package containing clen tabs delivered the other day from Europe. Now the tabs where stuck to cardboard and vacuum sealed(no noise). The package was sliced open by a knife(clean cut) and stuck down with post office tap. A stamp that said "arrived damaged and repaired by post office". It was my countries postal service.

How every cut the package open could see perfectly what the contents where but yet it still got delivered - I take it that it had already past customs.

Has this happened to anybody else???
I'm very skeptical because I'd love to order some Primo from this guy, but I think if this was to happen again with amps...I'd be truly Phucked.
