Just got back. They did 2 CT scans and gave me a shot..... wasn't bad at all. NO ANEURISM!! (or however you spell it!) They told me I have a bad sinus infection that could have caused the pain in my head whenever I lift. But its a good thing I got the scan done just to be sure. He told me when he saw me that its nothing to play around w/ since I could easily die from an aneurism. He said try to lift (light weights) again after a week and see how I feel and stay away from deadlifts/squats for 2 weeks. Prescribed me some nasal spray to clear my head and some kind of pills. But im just so relieved that I am not going to have surgery........ I was so worried, after all this hard work i've been putting into my diet and training it would put me so far behind. Well, looks like its light weights for me for a little bit.. I might just finish my cycle out in cutting mode.. Thanks for the prayers bros..

Yea it is good news. the way the doctors talked, the scan showed my head was very clogged up.. so i guess whenever i was doing my squats the high blood pressure and the sinus infection didn't go well together so it gave me one killer headache! (that STILL hasn't gone away) But anyways, im hoping the nasal spray and the pills im taking will knock that son'bitch right out of me and i'll be like a new man by next week. | ||

Glad to hear you're okay, Spunky. I may get flamed for this, but don't you hate it when docs go way off the deep end when you first present a symptom, talking about all kinds of scarey shit like aneurisms, cancer, whatever? When I was about 20, I pulled a muscle (as it turned out) in my ribs. Went to a doc about it, and he starts talking about how it could be "a mass" (read: CA) in my lung! Scared the shit out of me, just like this deal did you. Sure, some of these conditions are so serious that one has to be conservative, but most of this is a CYA operation on the part of the doc, at great emotional expense to the patient.
