one of my friends said that you are not suppose to drink pop while you are on a cycle is this true. and if you drink beer when your off, will it effect you when you get back on? p.s. i only have one or two pops a day ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You shouldn't drink pop at all at any time. Your diet should be far more disciplined than that. It dosn't qualify as a good choice of carbs or a good choice of overall nutrition. Use those calories on some usefull food. Light alcohol consumption probably won't do anything to you while off but it should be looked at as a no-no while on. Tighten up your diet bro. Sound advice but a little harsh. . .I don't think the occasional soda makes any difference, but he's right, you be better off filling the furnace with some real calories and protien. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I didn't mean to sound harsh. Just trying to say that pop shouldn't be included in a solid diet plan. There are better choices for carbs that should take top priority.
