I am killing myself trying to eat 4000 cals per day! YUCK! Man, eating every 2 1/2 hours is a pain in the ass. It takes away the pleasurable part of eating, ya know? How do you all get your cals in without making yourself sick? | ||

I just fucking do it. I hate it too, but I also hate going to the gym getting on the scale and finding that I went from 245 to 235 in a week because I didn't eat right. Food is the most important ingredient in my opinion. Without the correct diet your gains will be minimalized or zero, while the right diet makes your gains nearly limitless with AS. . .Just keep that in mind next time you can't throw down another chicken breast. | ||

Here is a secret tip. Go to smoothie king and get a 40oz hulk and add some peanutbutter. The whole deal will cost around 8$ and is fucking packed with about 2200 pretty good calories. You can get 4K calories in easy if you eat one of those. | ||

I have no prblem eating 4000 cals a day, 3250 is maint. and when I try to diet down for 4-6 weeks to lose some fat it is hell not eating 4000 cals. I need around 5000 just to be happy. I like food. ------------------ | ||

after a while you get used to it. you dont feel hunger or full any more you just eat what you need. every week or so change a bit your diet ass some more protiens and carbs DONT LET YOUR SELF PASS A MEAL try to enjoy it . | ||

Easy,I guess I am like a lot of English people and I like curry. If I get a dry one (Tandori) there is not much fat... anyway with say chicken breast(protien) and rice I could eat the fuckers all day long. Loads of spicys food like this, especially where I live... anyway, easy 4000 cals. ------------------ | ||

I just went to carl's jr today bought 10 spicy chicken sandwiched (99cents each) and it 6:00pm right now and I only have one left. these suckers have 640 cals each, and that is without cheese. And they have 25gms of protein each. I'll probably order a pizza when I get off work, and before bed I'll put a chicken pot pie in the microwave.. I should easily break 7500 cals. | ||

I think Kodiak hit it right on the money. Force feeding sucks, but you just have to do it. In addition to fast foods, I also use weight gainer shakes,but instead of mixing them with water, I mix with milk, juice, bananas, sherbet, etc. One of those is about 1000-1500 cals, so even if you just add one or two, you'll see results. good luck! | ||

I actually have to contain myself so I don't eat too much. I must have an enormous stomach because I can eat and eat and eat and never get full or have any digestive problems. Dieting is the hard part. I feel like I'm eating like a bird at 3200 calories. I am always unsatisfied and starving. I'm better suited for growth I supose. ------------------ | ||

Eating fast food garbage is easy to get in 4000 calories. Try eating fairly clean and the calories just don't add up as fast. But like the guys said, you get use to eating a lot of food if you do it all the time. | ||

Try this bro. This is a very clean 1000 calorie meal. Some variety of lean meat: fish, steak, chicken, 400 cals worth. 2 cups of dry oatmeal, take a slug of the oatmeal dry, then wash it down with water. Yummy!!! Hahahahaha I do this 2x a day. | ||

Julez, I see that you're loving the Indian food over there in the UK. Tandoori chicken is one of my fav's- I'm salivating right now just thinking about it coming out of the oven. Try some naan (flatbread) with it-it's a good alternative for rice for your carbs. Try curried lamb too, it's another one of my fav's. |
