hi, I am about to start a recovery cycle in which i want my shoulder to heal faster and put on some mass before summer. i would like to be thru with my cutting cycle by the end of may. I am 26 yo, 6`1 220lb, ~10%bf been lifting for 2.5 years, have done 2 cycles before. first one was primo sust, and last summer did a deca winny for 10 weeks. this fall~winter, i was initially planning on a bulking cycle with eq and sust, but I hurt my shoulder 2 monts ago (A/C stuff). i layed off for 2 months, in that time i gained some fat, lost muscle etc.. but its kinda healed, it still hurts but i can work out a bit. now i have decided to use 300mg deca for first two weeks and 200mg the rest 6 weeks, along with 250mg of sust./week. for a total of 8 weeks.. i really didnt wanted to use deca because i sufferred from deca dick on my previous deca winny cycle. but it looks like, for my shoulder, it is the only way to go. i am throwing in 250mg of sust. just to prevent deca dick. i was gonna go with 500mg/week tru out, but since i am injured, i thought there is no point throwing in more test. questions: 2) i am planning on running clomid 50mg eod weeks 1thru ten (my cycle being 8 weeks), and 100mged week 11,12 and 50mg ed week 13. any comments? 3) since i will be on 200mg deca thru out, and 250mg sust., would i need nolvadex? 4) should i bump sust to 500mg and deca to 400mg per week if my shoulder feels better around week 4? or should i extend the cycle to ten weeks with the same dosages? (i dont know if i am prone to deca gyno (didnt feel anything on deca-winny cycle, but then again, winny kinda prevents that-so i dunno) 5) in the case above (bumping up the dosages) would i need nolvadex? if yes, how many tabs? 6) i am gonna follow a high protein low fat, low carb after 4 diet, no sugars, during this cycle. it wont be badkins21's see-food diet. i tend to gain fat really easy, so i am planning on using ECA during this cycle (2on2off) with 3~4 times a week of 30min cardio. onebody part a week work out (5days-2days rest).is that cool? 7)i should be done with this cycle by end of february, will 2 months be enough time off if i wanted to have a cutting cycle with eq and winny (lets say beginning of may) sorry about alot of questions, i apreciate ur feedback and answers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

1.I THINK 250 IS FINE 2.I PERSONALLY DON'T LIKE TAKING CLOMID ED/EOD. BUT ITS YOUR CHOICE 3.ALLWAYS HAVE NOLAV. ON HAND BUT I DON'T THINK YOU WILL NEED IT ON 250MG OF TEST, AND DECA CREATES PROGESTERONE SO THEIRS NOT SHIT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT UNLESS YOU GET RU486 BUT 200MG OF DECA IS MILD TO SAY THE LEAST BUT WILL ADD IN YOUR SHOULDER RECOVERY. 4.READ ABOVE AND STICK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE LET IT HEAL 5.READ ABOVE "ALLWAYS HAVE IT" 6.I LIKE THE DIET MY SELF AND IT SHOULD WORK WELL FOR YOU. 7.I SAY YOU WILL BE GOOD TO GO. ditto, sounds good, but let it heal. I am dealing with a torn pec muscle right now and it is a real pain in the ass. I am between cycles so I am laying low and doing legs 2x a week, some light upper body work, and keeping my diet and cardio going. Andre, One more thing. As a rule for you and everyone on this board I feel I can safely say you should always have Nalvodex or some other ancillary drug around. If you don't need it, great, but if you do, you are not going to want to scramble around to find a legit source to find it in time to offset the problem of GYNO. It is a no brainer. You may never need it(Like Me), while some dudes need it when the smell AS. Its all genetic. Good Luck and feel better bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

LOL, you should really try that see-food diet when you heal up and do a bulking cycle...it's ALWAYS easier to lose fat than it is to gain muscle without fat!!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
