Hypothetically...lets say I am taking 10 a day..is it best to take 2 (10mg) 5 times a day? approximately how many hours apart? Thanks.

take them with each meal. u should be eating at least 5 meals anyway, so take em with that

you want to take them every 4 hours. has a 5 hour half life so every 4 keeps the levels up. I also take 10+ a day. I like to take extra before I lift and at least one directly after. Good luck

Thanks for the advice....but you are supposed to take them with food?? I know Glutamine has to be taken on an empty stomach as well as ephedrine..now they are not exactly the same thing..obviously but by the same premise, wouldn't the acid in the digestive enzmyes that is triggered with the digestion of food dissolve active ingredients in the D's?

I like to take mine on an empty stomach, but I have no real reason. I think it is more effective, but this is just a guess.

My theory is based on other drugs I did when I was younger. They all seem to work much better if food was not in the way.

This is my second cycle with d-bol. My first cycle I was taking them every 4 hours for all six weeks. This cycle I started the same way, but seem to get better results poppin the entire day's supply an hour before lifting. My pumps were alot better and my strength was way up. I really don't believe the gains are really solid with d-bol. I basically use them to give me a boost before the injectables kick in.

I kind of agree with that. I take 5 an hour before I lift, and love it. I then take one right after and then one every 4 hours.

I throw them all down an hour or two before the gym. Did a little research and it really doesn't affect growth, by spreading them out. In fact it may be easier on your body to take them all at once. First it allows your body to return to normal hormonal levels for most of the day, and second it gives a higher test level for the lifting phase of your day. Anabolics 2000, gives an interesting article on the pro's and con's of the interday breakdown vs. all at once.

I read that in Anabolics too, but you want some when the lift is over too.

Seeing as they have a half life of between 3-5hrs, would it not make sense for you to pop them 4-5 times a day? That way you keep up your levels for a longer time, no? Would taking them all before you lift be better for strength gains than size gains or vice versa? I am interested due to starting soon with some in December.

I look at it this way, you're gonna swell up no matter if you take them all at once or if you spread them them out. Now the whole point of lifting is to rip the muscle to stimulate growth, thus when popping all at once you'll recieve a nice strength increase to allow you to rip more muscle!!!!

keep their half life in mind so you dont' have a huge build up.

...what i learned from e2.....


space them out best you can

i would occasionally take one(amongst the others i take daily) b4 work out though too...to get that extra boost
...possibly placebo though..
