My skin gets rashed and burns then itches all day. Are there any ways to reduce this effect? The skin then gets real dry and slothes off. Is this all normal?

This is normal for DMSO, since it damages the waxy lipid layer of the stratum corneum. Along with lipid disruption, there is also a migration of white blood cells to the layer. DMSO is not a great transdermal agent and this is one reason.

I have had zero skin problems with dmso and component TH. Are you using fina? Please describe your application procedure.

I had been using finaplix-h with DMSO until
I received my kit. 3 pellots with one capful of DMSO and a tablespoon of water. Crushed and mixed thoroughly and applied with a needless syringe and rubbed into my arms. I have to do this at my business so I cant be dropping my pants too often. I shave my arms.
5 minutes after applic. the skin welt/rashes up and burns. I leave it on for 30 minutes then wash off. Later my skin looks like crap.
Is there a better way?

Too much DMSO. 3 pellets should dissolve well in about .8-1.0cc. A capful is about 2.5-3.0cc. You are using too much DMSO.

I don't see how you could cover your arms with that much fluid. I use only a teaspoon or so, to cover the side of my leg.
I am also puzzled how you could do this at work. I had to sit in one place until my leg dried(20-30 min.).
I will guess you are just rubbing it on your arms with your hands and going back to work. A rash may result from some compound found at work, or on your hands or shirt.
Try this. Take some dmso by itself and rub a little on your leg right after a shower with the back of a clean spoon. I bet you get no skin problems from the dmso. It is, after all, non toxic. From there you must isolate whatever other compound the dmso has carried into your skin that has caused your rash.
I wish you luck sir, in manufacturing your own sterile injectables.

Dudes,

Do you think you could break open Yohimbe capsules and mix the powder with DMSO and use it on problem areas on your torso? I wonder if that shit would work?

Have a peachy day!

SMOOT, the rash is no big mystery, it is due to DMSO, a known skin irritant. If you need scientific proof, I can pull up a number of abstracts showing this. The amount of irritation is dependant on the concentration of DMSO, so if you are diluting your's then this may explain your lack of skin damage.

"It is, after all, non toxic."

It is not non-toxic, but it does have a low toxicity. Nevertheless, skin irritation is a well documented side effect.

Thanx for the feedback. I thought maybe the concentration might have been too strong. Converted my fina with no problems. 1.5 weeks and 6 shots from the brew and no reactions, except feeling hot all the time.
New to fina, so far I like it. Man, filtering the stuff was a b*tch. Wish I had known about rinsing with alcohol. Never did
like chemistry in college. Never did get back my equipment deposits.
