Was just woundering how U take winstrol EOD. Some say to take winstrol like this, monday, wednsday, and friday...Sat and sun off, then the same again: That's 3 times per week. Would U recommend this or on: mon, wedns, frid, sund...? What do U say? Is it ok to have saturday and sunday off? Was refering to the 100mg EOD Thanks    | ||

You have to understand that Winstrol is water based and does not sty in the system long...what I have found to be effective for me..and I have taken in 50mgs eod...100mg eod, and even 50mg everyday and honestly...try this..go every other day but make the every third shot 50% of the others. Hypothetically Mon....100mgs Weds...100mg Fri....50mgs Sun....100mgs Tues...100mgs Thurs...50mgs Sat....100mgs Mon....100mgs Weds....50mgs Fri....100mgs Sun...100mgs It gets a little tricky but it keeps your body guessing and my body responded well from that cycle effect. It was given to me by a good friend of mine who is sponsered by Metrix and is sometimes referred to as "The Iron Bull" so I definately was willing to try it and I am glad I did and so I will pas it on. | ||

Just take it EOD to include weekends. That will be 7 times in two weeks. ------------------ The moral? It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running. | ||

Jay287! Why should that system be better than 100mg EOD? Isn't it so that the winstrol levels in your body should be stabil during the hole cycle, so why just 50mg every third injection | ||
