I guess you could say I got Christmas in Nov. this week, and revcieved some "extra" gear.

Well while Im out with this cuff injury I decided to go ahead with 50mg of proviron daily, and 2cc's of omnadren a week, until I heal, I am also looking into 200mg of deca a week to help with the healing process as well.

I think I may be able to return to the iron within the next 2 weeks which will make this proviron and omna much more worth it when I start my real cycle, I would like to know if you bros have any ideas as to getting me back in action sooner?

Thanx,

Loads of glutamine, maybe with a little insulin to speed it on its way? If nothing else, the insulin should help maintain body weight. Man, I hate losing weight. I had that tendonitis across the elbow a while back and thought the above quickened the healing. Kind of subjective, though. Oh yeah, you got to do those high rep light weight things for a while when you start back, which I also hate. Good luck and a speedy recovery......G.

That's the spirit WCP! Cycle on. Take it easy for a while till you feel up to it. You'll come back stronger than before.

Learn some good rotator cuff exercises... they helped me tremendously. Go to a good physical therapist and he should give you specific exercises for your injury as each injury is unique.

I sublexed (partially dislocated) my shoulder twice from swimming in the past and then had chronic pain in it from weightlifting. I went to a sports med doc who then referred me to a good physical therapist. Over three years later, I've yet to have a significant shoulder problem (knock on wood).

Here is a link to some rotator cuff exercises that I attempted to describe in detail back in August. I hope these will help.

Don't push a shoulder injury!!!! You'll never forgive yourself. Give it a month. Take Glutamine like already recommended..thats good advice...also the insulin is a good idea but please do research on it first. I would also lower the omnadren and increase the Deca until you do go back and even then..train lighter, stricter and worry about the pump and perfect form instead of the weight. You don't want a torn rotator cuff and have to get scoped! then you be out a long time. learn from your injuries.

WCP- Go find a respected A.R.T. practitioner!!! I promise it will be the best thing you can do for your shoulder. I was out for several weeks due to a dislocation, but was back lifting the day after my first treatment. This is after being told by an M.D. that I would have to get surgury if I wanted it to feel better.

You have to call Dr. Leahy's office in Colo. Springs to get the number of a local A.R.T. practioner. Go to the t-mag website, do a search for "Miracle Worker." In that article you will find Dr. Leahy's number.

GOOD LUCK
