I've heard that training increases natural test levels, right. If that is so, when you take a week off, do your natural test levels drop? If they do, do they drop below baseline?

Actually, training has more of the opposite effect. Training may temporarily increase testosterone (especialy large compound movements) testosterone actaully falls to a new lower than your normal level after training for a period of a few days! So actaully detraining or taking time off weights actually will INCREASE your testosterone. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
