I was wondering what yall think works best. This isnt my first rodeo, and like the other ones, i just cannot seem to get the size i am looking for. My strength is way up, todays wide grip press was 385 for 3 reps. All movements are way up, but i am basicly the same size. Strong but small. My routine (mabye the problem)i think it may be more of a power lifting type, 8-10 reps 4 sets as heavy as i can go till failure. Should i cut back 15-20% on the weight and go for 15-20 reps. I am eating like a horse, tons of protien, lots of sleep, all the right things i think? I am cycling 500 sust, 400 deca and 50 winny ed. I know that it is only week three of this one but on the last i only got 10 lbs and no size change. What do ya think?

what was your last cycle???? If this is your first sust cycle then you need to be more patient

how about your carbs.. i eat a ton of protein when im cutting and i don't gain weight. Carbs will put some weight on you.

first one was 500 of test enthanate, and 400 deca. I am not measuring carbs per say just total calories. It is my first sust cycle though. I eat about 6 times a day, dont let myself get hungry, i am putting on some fat lbs though, but thats crappy. This one gut at the gym is really pretty jacked, he lifts at the same time, he has 30-40% less weight and groaning like he is giving birth, but man, if i could get that size i owuld do it. That is why i was wonder about my routine.

switch the routine up and see what it does..until u find something that works.. whatever routine you use, its gonna take time to get big wether u are on gear or not.

I would stick with the 8-10 reps....in fact I would some 6 rep sets too...Everything your doing sounds solid...I would give it at least another week before I changed anything. Any possiblity of bunk gear??

Yeah, some people myself included benefit from less weight, more reps. I gain size quicker that way.

after only 3 weeks the 10lbs is mostly water. i know you said you'd run some gear before but i'm thinking that with me i don't really get much in the way of size gains until the 4-5 weeks. everything else seems solid. . . sleep, training, ect. but like the bro above said, try changing your routine up, sometimes that's all it takes.
