I order Finaplix Thursday and it already came today. It came in a styrofoam cooler with a cold compress pack to keep it cold. I didn't realize it needed to stay cold. There aren't any instructions on storing it. Should I keep this stuff in the refrigerator? What's the deal?

I don't know why they do that. Just keep it at room temp and out of strong light and you will be OK.

Thanks, I thought it seemed really strange. The vet charges you $2.00 for the cooler too.

All I got with mine was the invoice and a subscription card to Dogworld (no joke I really did), I didn't get any info on storage. I'll stick them in the fridge to be safe.
