My friend just located a company that sells RU486. He can get pills in eiher 25mg or 200 mg. He is not sure which one should get. I'm going to try to convince him to sell it online to you guys too, but he has to know which ones should be used and how. Thanks.    | ||

Jay ru486 is a progestrone blocker, can prevent gyno induced by deca for example! | ||

I would have to think the 200mg??? Who knows, the more the merrier. Is this stuff legal to import (like Clomid and Nolv)? I don't think many bodybuilders know much about this drug yet. I'd love to get to know it though! Jay | ||

The more not the merrier, I wouldnt take until we know dosages. If someone wants to be a guinnea pic, thats all good, but start low and go high not the other way around. What are the costs for each pill at this time asia? Slopain | ||

Kodiak those dont do a thing for progesterone, once the doses are figured out this will be a great thing, deca and even abombs may be now in the equation for people who otherwise cannot use them. Slopain | ||

Asia Im poking around for opions on dosing ..I'll shoot you an email with what I find. As you probably know, the clinical dosage for women is 600mg followed by the admistration of prostaglandins 3-4 days later But that has little if any relevance to our applications. | ||

Sorry for the premature comment...I have heard nothing of this drug as far as its role in bodybuilding as of yet. If there is any useful info..please share. I have been a guinea pig before but I do not want my uterus to eject during Thanksgiving dinner! | ||

yes but its not near as effective as say nolvadex is to estrogen.. some people cant touch deca weven with winny because of gyno sensativity. Slopain | ||

you really dont wanna stack winny with drol b/c they are both 17aa's... the ru486 is going to be a beast to buy... We're talking around $300 for the pills | ||

Rugby, I suspect that the prices in the US for RU 486 will be high in its clinical use, from the research I have done though this isnt necessarily an issue of the inherent expense of the raw materials, there are bigger issues involved with this drug...I'm sure you can imagine how much more controversial this would get if it were a nickel a pop. That said, the powder for the US version of the drug is being produced in China and will be pressed into pills elsewhere [presumably the US]. My assumtion, per some prior exchanges, is that Asia's contact is in China and that it is dramtically cheaper there. | ||

Most here don't seem to know that RU-486 (mifepristone) was not made as an anti-progestagen, but an anti-GLUCOCORTICOID. It is an antagonist to the glucocorticoid receptor as well as the progesterone receptor. The world quickly forgot about this effect once it was found out that RU-486 was a human pesticide. Remember the fervor over Cytadren, when people found out it blocked cortisol, well RU-486 does this with no reduction in hormone levels. Several studies have shown that it prevents muscle catabolism under certain conditions in lab animals. With the access to RU-486, we may now find out what blocking cortisol can really do. | ||
