Here i am, mid cycle.. can't even lift because of these fucking head pains I get. I just got back from the gym.. did 1 set on flat bench and had to come home due to head pains. Looks like I am going to be gone for a week or however long it takes. I don't know what to do.. I'm so damn pissed right now!!! Talk about roid rage.... I haven't taken a break from lifting in a while, so maybe a week or 2 off would be good for my body. I just can't see myself not lifting for a whole week. Subconciously I think im gonna shrink, even though I know thats not true...... Oh well, I'll keep looking at this thread periodically but I doubt i'll post anymore for a week or two.... I don't even wanna think about lifting.. im so frustrated.......

Hey Bro, sorry to hear it. It happens to the best of us. I had to stop half way through my 1st cycle due to elbow/wrist pains. Hope a speedy recovery. You dont know what the head pains are from? Doctors advice?

Have you checked your blood pressure lately?
What does your cycle look like? How far in are you? Thanks,
Green

sorry to hear about that..it definately happens to all of us at one time or another..i broke my fifth and fourth metacarpul in my hand one month out of the iron Island powerlifting meet which I was sure to place in..kept me out of the gymfor four weeks until I took the cast off myself. I feel for you. I would definately have your blood-pressure checked out...that sometimes is the cause of the headaches...directly related. Do you have a history in your family of hypertension?

I posted a topic on my head pains.. for those who aren't up to date on the sitation please refer to that thread. I've had them since last Wednesday when I strained VERY hard doing squats.. Only occurs whenever I lift, when i am resting there is no head pain. My cycle is test cypionate only, I used 800mg/week the 1st 2 weeks, now I am using 600mg/week, into my 4th week. I am getting ready to add some EQ or primo. Others have told me it sounds like an excertion headache, so I am going to take some time off and see if i can lift by the weekend or hopefully next monday. I am scared to go to the doctor because he is a friend of the family. If he checks my blood pressure or basically just puts me on the scale and see's how much weight i've gained since my last visit, he'll suspect steroids. He knows I workout alot. I've gained 30lbs since my last visit which wasn't that long ago. People have told me he can't legally say anything to my parents, but im still paranoid about it.
Im just gonna rest and not workout, if that doesn't help i'll go see the doc.

No disrespect to the other bro's with suggestions, like chiropractors, asprin, or anything else. . .Go See Your Physician. If you feel so lousy you can't function, tell your DR. (MD). Everything!!! He can't turn you in or tell anyone what you are up to. However, you may have something else going on internally, it could be blood pressure, but it may not be and no one here is qualified to diagnosis your condition. Be careful and be smart, stay healthy bro. Good Luck and keep us posted. You should be out the door now on the way to his office.

Thanks for the advice.. I called the doc today to get an appointment. He can't see me tommorow until 12:15. Ok bros.. tell me something.. I know hes not suppose to say anything about my AS use, but he's a friend of my dads...... u think he'll still keep his trap shut? I know my BP is high, and i've got acne pretty bad so he's gonna suspect something.. He knows how much I workout. Plus he's gonna notice my big weight gain since the last time and probably put 2 + 2 together and come out and ask me.... should I deny it or be straight up and tell him my cycle?

Definitely see a doctor. However, if you are seriously concerned about this particular one divulging your secret to your father, his friend, there is a simple alternative: see a different doctor.

If necessary, you can self-pay, in order to avoid an insurance trail that may also be problematic to explain. Whether or not it is worth $200 or so to you to be guaranteed anonymity, is something you must decide for yourself.

Good luck with the headaches.

Start out your appt by saying, "I trust anything we say will not leave this office"...he will get the message. Doc can't help you if he doesn't know the whole story. If your bp is high, he may think you have a problem, but knowing you are on, he may realize it's temporary.
