Guys, I asked this question on the other training board and got some good ideas, but I need more input!!! When doing dumbell shoulder presses is it better to be at a 90 degree angle or 1 notch below 90. When I am one notch below it feels as if I can press a lot more wieght than at 90. Why is this? At 1 notch below 90 are you incorporating too much upper pec? THANKS FOR THE ADVICE!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Why use a back rest? But if you do it should be at 90. Your Training Delts, not Upper Pecs. I do my M Presses by sitting on Flat bench. Pressing behind my head. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
