Yesterday in the gym i was doing seated calf raises when all of a sudden my right calf muscle locked in place on the way up through the excersise. I mean it was funky looking and very painful. After about 10 seconds it dropped back into place. Then the same thing happened about an hour later with right forearm during wrist curls. Fucking weird right. I am on a-50 right now. anyone got any ideas what is going on.thanks

I'm thinking you need to drink water, you're probably dehydrated, which dehydrates your muscles and makes them cramp up very easily, just try to drink about 2 gallons of water a day as long as you're on any cycles or any of that stuff, and drink even more water if you're doing alot of cardio.

Thats from not enough water. It happened to me once, playing around in a swimming pool. Playing chicken and then my calf locked up for like a minute almost. It was super painful. I couldnt hardly walk after that. Drink some more water. This is a common side when people are taking clen or DNP
