I'm currently on a powerlifting routine, and I'm just wondering if I can do cardio and eat well and still gain strength while on this routine, or do I need to eat like a hog and stay away from cardio if I want to gain strength?

Sorry Jay, I know it's not an anabolic issue, but I needed to know, and it takes people 3 weeks to answer on the PL board and the training board is pretty much just another chat board.
thanks for your reply Jay.

I hear you on that one but your question was about trainning. And not bullshit.

How is PL treating you. I was thinking of heading that way for a while not sure itss a whole diff. way of lifting

Well I just started PL last week so I can't really tell you how much it's helping me so far. My uncle has been doing just the basic lifts of powerlifting for awhile now and he's gained around 30 lbs on his bench, so pl seems to be the way to go for me.

Oh, one thing I forgot to mention, after just one back workout of PL my back feels about 10 times stronger, so if you're like me and have had a weak back and back pains all your life I'd really recommend trying a good PL back routine.
